The home has level access and the views are fantastic, there are even peak-a-boo views of Lake Tahoe. Easy walk to the chairlift or ski home at the end of the day! Alpine Peaks has parking for owners near the chairlift. This large 4 bedroom house has 3.5 bathrooms, an office, family room and a basement area for storage. Unfortunately, the home suffered burst pipes in the winter of 2023 and the kitchen, dining and entire lower level of the home was severely damaged. Most of these areas were gutted down to the studs.
